Article Abstract
Depression is a major clinical feature of Parkinson's disease. We report the increase amount of motor disability in four patients with idiopathic Parkinson's disease after exposure to the antidepressant fluoxetine. The possibility of a clinically relevant dopamine-antagonistic capacity of fluxetine in Parkinson's disease patients must be considered.
